The project is inspired by the goal of becoming the premier choice for high-end lodging, tours, and gastronomy in an area considered a sanctuary due to its natural richness and beauty. The architectural design blends natural elements such as wood and stone, with water standing out as the main feature, given the wetlands, rivers, and lagoons in the region.

Amid the fascinating wildlife of Caño Negro and along the banks of the Río Frío lies Hacienda Caño Negro—a 175-hectare property that includes a low-impact cattle ranch, forests, and approximately 15 hectares of preserved wetlands.

The Hacienda will combine its low-impact cattle farming with responsible tourism, operating under sustainable and inclusive practices that protect and promote the conservation of nature and culture, while also engaging the local community through employment and business opportunities.
